Stunners! That’s what I think when I’m wearing or see a sick pair of sunglasses. Yes another accessory to add to the list, but we must admit just about everyone owns a pair thanks to our great big sun. They not only protect your eyes form harmful UV-rays but they simply look cool. It is an accessory that has the benefits of protecting you as well as adding a suave look to your facial dimensions. Lets not forget non-prescription glasses, like seeing eye glasses, except it’s not for seeing but purely just for fashion, this give you of a professional look that screams sophistication. I have a few pairs in different colors, I must say, they definitely give that extra pop to an outfit.
Benefits Of Sunglasses
Though you’ll wear different clothes whether you’re sitting on the beach, lounging by a pool, out for a run, biking, waterskiing, or snow skiing, the one item you should wear in every one of those scenarios is your sunglasses!
A pair of high-quality sunglasses that blocks 100% of the sun’s harmful UV rays is the one item that makes the difference between enjoying a pleasant outdoor activity and damaging your eyes. It’s not just the sun’s intense rays that sunglasses protect your eyes from. As a physical barrier, sunglasses protect from wind, blowing dust, sand, and other airborne debris that could irritate your eyes and even scratch the cornea, which could cause permanent damage.
If your eyes are sensitive to light, you may need to squint or hold your hand up to block sunlight. Doing this doesn’t protect your eyes and could be a safety hazard while driving, riding a bike, or participating in any activity where you’re moving fast and making quick decisions. Wear sunglasses to help you see your best and navigate more safely and look cool while doing it.
Another big benefit of wearing sunglasses is that they come in extremely handy when it comes to surgical procedures. Corrective eye surgery is a common occurrence, whether it’s a corrective procedure for cataracts or LASIK surgery to improve vision. These procedures require proper time for the eyes to heal. As eyes recover, it’s essential to keep them out of the sun’s harmful rays so they can heal completely. Sunglasses are the ideal way to keep your precious eyesight safe and give your body the time it needs to heal.
They Look Cool
Sunglasses, especially those with dark lenses, cover asymmetrical imperfections around your eyes. Thus, when you put on a pair of sunglasses, you bring instant symmetry to your face that increases the perception of your natural beauty. Not to be confused with trying to put on a false image of yourself, this just means that it adds more to your look. Now, getting the right size and shape of sunglasses is important. You want to make sure that it fits the dimensions of your face. I see a lot of people wearing sunglasses that don’t match their face at all and takes away from their look instead of adding to it. So, take your time when picking out a pear of sunglasses and as mentioned in my other posts, don’t be affair to ask for opinions.
I’m sure that we have heard the expression that the eyes are the windows to the soul! Eyes reveal so much about ourselves to others. By looking into another person’s eyes you make instant judgments about their intelligence, sincerity, character and more. However, when wearing sunglasses your eyes are not visible and this takes away the ability from people to make such judgments, this creates mystery. Yes, mystery! It is human nature that we’re more drawn to people that we can’t figure out, so by creating a sense of mystery, sunglasses instantly make you look more attractive. Wearing your favorite pair of sunglasses can help you feel better about yourself. If you can improve your self-perception by wearing sunglasses, then you can increase your levels of confidence.
Non-Perscription Glasses
Prescription eye glasses are an item that is worn by many people in the world today. But, we don’t all have trouble seeing. Instead we can use seeing eye glasses without prescription lenses, this is purely just for fashion. The fake glasses also called Plano glasses, traces its origins to Taiwan and Japan. It has been a popular fashion statement since at least 2010. Non-prescription fashion glasses can add stunning colors to your looks. If you’re a student, glasses without a prescription can make you look more studious and serious. And if you’re working, you can wear them to the office to cultivate a more professional and refined style. Also, my favorite times to wear them is when you are going out, whether it be to hang out with friends, run errunds, or whatever activities I like to do.
The Right Pair
The right pair of non-prescription eyeglasses can enhance any style. For instance, a pair of thin, wire-frame glasses will work perfectly with a formal outfit, whereas thick, hipster-style frames will add oomph to more casual looks. Want to add an air of sophistication during an interview? Grab some square frames and you’re ready to go. Have fun with the colors as well, you can mix and matches with your outfits. One thing you don’t have to worry about is, non-prescription glasses will not hamper your vision or weaken your eyesight. In-fact there are non-prescription glasses that comes with a tint in many different colors and looks really cool, these are also beneficial when using your computer as it shields the light from the computer from harming your eyes.
